As of June 2023, Tribell have over 1,500 student accommodation beds under management in Leeds, Bristol, Nottingham, Newcastle, Exeter, Birmingham, Falmouth and London. Tribell operates an expediated acquisition program, therefore typically has a rolling program of 1,000 student accommodation beds under offer. The senior Tribell Team have over 20 years’ experience on average and have historically managed over 16,000 student beds across 15 UK cities.

Consistent and rigorous dynamic rental pricing to ensure the highest rents are achieved. Analyse and improve operational management to reduce opex and lifecycle maintenance costs.

Debt Assistance

Assist our partners with debt sourcing and structuring of the loan facility tailored to the investment.

Operational Management

Bring together a complete provision of support services to proactively optimise and manage costs throughout the investment lifecycle.
