As of June 2023, Tribell have over 1,500 student accommodation beds under management in Leeds, Bristol, Nottingham, Newcastle, Exeter, Birmingham, Falmouth and London. Tribell operates an expediated acquisition program, therefore typically has a rolling program of 1,000 student accommodation beds under offer. The senior Tribell Team have over 20 years’ experience on average and have historically managed over 16,000 student beds across 15 UK cities.

Management Team

Managing Director Trinova

Adell Nair-Grepinet

Over 20 years of multi-sector management experience, 12 years specialised in institutional investment into operational real estate. Key business functions include management, business strategy, investment, and asset management.

At Trinova, Adell is responsible for formulating investment strategies across Trinova’s residential platform TriBell, and investment management for TriBell’s PBSA and PRS mandates. In her role, Adell works across equity raising, deal sourcing, transactions, investment and asset management.

Prior to Tribell, Adell worked for Mapletree where she led the UK student housing business to maximise fund performance of over £1bn AUM (+9,500 beds)

Partner Trinova

Winston Luk

12 years of experience in commercial real estate with a particular focus on transactions, structuring, financing and asset management. Winston is responsible for transaction execution.

Winston has led or been directly involved in over £500m of transactions and over £200m of loan originations across the UK and Belgium. He has also been directly involved in a number of key value-enhancing asset management initiatives across Trinova’s portfolio.

Linus Forsberg

24 years of experience in the real estate industry, including business operations, fund management, investment agency and financing.

At Trinova, Linus is responsible for business operations, investor relations and equity capital. Over the past 13 years, Linus has led the growth of Trinova from a boutique UK office investment advisory firm, to a successful international multi-sector investment management business with £1.1bn of assets under management and a strong performance track record.

Victoria Campbell

20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including business development, capital raising, overseeing investment acquisitions and operations.

At Tribell, Victoria is the CEO responsible for business operations and on-going performance of funds under management.

Victoria founded Campbell Property in 2003, both as an operator and developer converting student accommodation on behalf of institutional funds and private investors.

Jonathan Osborne

20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including asset management quality management strategies, property mobilisation and handover.

At Tribell Jonathan handled all areas of operational delivery, working closely with the operational teams to drive asset performance.

Jonathan has extensive experience from a range of operational and development functions including financial performance management, corporate governance, business planning, strategy and corporate finance.
